Philosophy of Taekwondo Martial Arts
Staff and students follow the philosophy as set down by the Founder General Choi Hong Hi.
At Baekjul Martial Arts we teach that physical training is only a means and a way towards mastering the spiritual and mental aspects of martial arts. The mental and physical power must compliment the spiritual power. In Taekwondo, the holistic approach to the development of the mind and body and spirit is paramount.
